Refund Policy

I do not issue refunds under any circumstances once the order is placed.

I am unable to accept returns for completed keepsakes due to each piece being handcrafted and customized to fit the customer’s desires. Within each piece there may be variation due to each order being unique. Variations may include but are not limited to air bubbles, dots, even translucency may vary. I put a lot of time and effort into each piece, and I would not send out something that I myself would not wear.

Under No Circumstances am I able to return breastmilk or any stones to you. I will not refund or exchange due to buyer remorse. I will not refund if a buyer decides after purchase that they would like a different piece.

I will not refund for any content creators who received a product for free or at a discount due to a promotion.
